Chicken Breast chopped up into chunky pieces.Add salt + Pepper
Make some breadcrumbs
Add salt + pepper
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of mixed herbs come in pot ready to use and include tyme, basil, sage and parsley.
Add ½ teaspoon ginger powder
Add ½ teaspoon mustard powder
1/3 rd teaspoon cayenne pepper
Beat 2 eggs into a bowl
Add Salt + Pepper
Put plain flour in bowl
Add Salt + pepper
Now ready to go.
In a fry pan use Sunflower oil (Can add small amount of toasted sesame oil for nutty flavour)
